Maximizer 8 and email templates for Customer Service notifications

Hi Guys,

I am configuring Customer Service so that it emails our clients when a Case is opened. So far it works fine except for the following issue:

1. The {Description?} merge field seems to truncate to 253 bytes (including spaces). So, if the description is 1000 bytes long the user only sees the first 253 bytes.

2. When we insert {Contact_Name?} merge field, instead of First_Name, Last_Name it is displaing Last Name, First_Name....

Any help is appreciated
