Maximizer 8 HF3 Appointments problem

Hello, when we add appointment through Employee portal and then reschedule it - it disappears. I had checked the database and found, that appointment date gets messed up and point to 01.01.1900.

Had anyone encountered this before and if yes what can we do about it?
