I am using Maximizer 9.0. All of my prospects are listed as "Companies" & then each company has a few "contacts" I cannot figure out the best way to send a standard letter to each company. When I do print letters, it prints out each contact, when actually I only want to send to one particular contact only. Also, it prints an additional letter out for the "Customer" Normally, I only need to print one letter per customer to a particular contact. Does anyone know the best way to do this?

Dave,

When you are in Maximizer build a list of the company records in the address book window and click Edit>>Select All.

Then start the Editor and open your template. Click File>>Merge to Printer, on the options screen click 'Address Book Entries' and 'Currently Selected'.

This should merge the document for the company record for each record in the address book at the moment.

If you want to do it to only one contact from each company then I would suggest you create a role for 'Mailing Contact' or something similar and assign it to each person you want to send mail to for the company. Then in Maximizer do an All Fields Contact only search for records with the 'Mailing Contact' role, select them all and do the merge again.
