I have Maximizer 9. When you are in the address book, on the top left hand side, there is a spot where it says "Columns." In this area, several different address lists can be made up, ie default address book, birthday list, default contact list, etc. Every once in awhile, I am not able to open up one of these "address lists" and have to start from scratch setting up the columns and renaming my address book. Sometimes when I click on one of the lists I have set up, it just defaults back to my address book and won't open the one I want. This time, I had to set up a new birthday list address book, and now it won't show the birthdates for the clients. I'm at a loss of what to do and have wasted too many hours trying to fix the problem. Can anyone help?
