Maximizer crashes when creating new Outlook email

In using Max 7 one of our users created what seems to be a similar problem, although he is not getting any error messages - Max simply shuts down when he clicks the EMail button.

His issue is somehow linked to his user ID, so we're looking at simply deleting his User ID and creating a new one for him. Not sure if that might help you.

As an FYI, he'd increased the font size for the email window but made it too large. When he sent to decrease it again he made it too small and that's when the problem started. Who knows what the root cause was.
