Just recently reinstalled Maximizer CRM 12 Entrepreneur on new computer running Windows 7. Outlook 2016 installed also. Maximizer syncs with Outlook but when trying to send an email it doesn't seem to want to connect to Outlook. Have noticed that there is no "profile" showing in the Setup section under the Outlook Synchronization Tab (no profiles to select from in the drop down), but there is a profile (Outlook) in the Setup Email tab. When leaving the Outlook Synchronization tab in Set Up a message appears stating "the parameter is incorrect". This is a touch confusing. Outlook syncs without a "profile name" but doesn't send emails which has a Profile (Outlook) name. Have checked and there is only one profile on Outlook which is called Outlook.
