Maximizer / Exchange 2003 - Slow Deleting of Emails

On all client stations, when using Maximizer as the email client for Exchange Server 2003, deleting emails is quite slow, and the more that you try and delete simultaneously, the longer it takes. This includes right clicking and marking as read/unread.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
