Is it possible to automate addition to the MaxExchange Distribution User Defined Field every time a new Address Book item is displayed? Or is it already automatic. I wish to share all of my address book with a max exchange remote user, and keep them updated in similar fashion to regular network users. How do i go about doing this?

Go to the Edit Menu and select Default Entry. This will bring up what looks like a regular Maximzer Individual add screen, but what ever you put in here will be default for every new record you add. So for MaxExchange click user defined fields and select the distribution group you want to flag. Now every record you add will automatically be flagged with that group.
