Maximizer/Outlook Intergration

WHen synchronizing in a multi-user calendar, the appointment made from one user will show up in Maximer for another user, but will not synchronize to Outlook, unless access by the receiving user (or the appointment is accepted by notification)

Is there anyway around this?
