Maximizer read e-mails show up as unread

I have a user that after reading e-mail through Maximizer if he changes views then comes back to his e-mail, the read e-mails display as unread. This does not happen 100% of the time but does happen most of the time. He is running Maximizer Enterprise 7.0 SP3 + Hot Fix 1, Series 1312 and Outlook 2k connecting to MS Exchange 5.5 server. Any one else have this problem or ideas as how to fix it?
