Hi

I am strugglig to synchronise Maximizer CRM 11 Entrepreneur edition with MS Outlook on Windows 2010.

Initially it worked no problem, but now address book and task synchronises no problem but my appointments do not? Of late only the last 2 appointments created synched, but the rest, including recurring appointments are mysteriously missing

Any ideas please?

If you are having issues with the Outlook synchronising it is more likely that your problem would be that it did not appear to work at all (often due to incorrect settings).

If as you describe you have partial synchronisation then I would check settings but also read carefully the limitations which are described in the user manual (pdf installed with Maximizer) in the section "Synchronizing Appointments and Tasks with Microsoft Outlook"
on page 173. You will note that there are specific restrictions on the synchronisation of recurring appointments and I suspect that this is what you are encountering.
