Maximizer will not open

Over the last few months Maximizer would occasionally not open when I clicked on the icon. It got worse and worse. Near the end I had to turn off the computer and restart and wait a while and then click the icon. For the last week it will not open under any conditions. How can I fix this. There is data accumulated since Maximizer 6 on my computer. I have Maximizer 11.
