Hi,
We are working with Maximizer Enterprise, version 6 with SP3 installed. There is a 5 user license installed. Every couple weeks when the users try and log on, the first user sucessfully logs on, but then any subsequent user receives the error message:
Maximizer

The maximum number of user liceses has been reached.

To obtain more licenses, please see your administrator.

I checked the server logs and nothing jumps out, clients are all networksed properly, and the licensing is valid. It either appears as if the license file 'disappears', or that the application is not shaking loose users that log out of the system. Does anyone have any suggestions? Not a show stopper, but for now the fix is to reboot the server the server each time this happens.

Thanks in Advance,

Andrew

Gord,
I took a look at the Gateway Locator settings. The office just recently implemented high speed and set the new default protocol on the network to IP. The system which hosts Maximizer had a different NetBEUI and IP name. Since the IP Protocol is now the default, I have changed the Gateway Locator server setting. I think that this will server to fix the intermittent problem. Thanks in advance for the assist.
