When I synchronize with Max Mobile 10 all the data goes to the Smart Phone EXCEPT no contacts appear on the Smart Phone. Anybody have any suggestions?

No they weren't. Just figured out that the sync is totally different from Outlook sync. There all the entries are "contacts". In Max 10 there are Companies, Contacts and Individuals. Why did they have to make this so complicated?

Because that's the Maximizer data model. Companies and Individuals can have one or more Contacts associated with them. If you don't want to use that feature then just enter all of your address book entries as Individuals (without Contacts).
