No they weren't. Just figured out that the sync is totally different from Outlook sync. There all the entries are "contacts". In Max 10 there are Companies, Contacts and Individuals. Why did they have to make this so complicated?
Because that's the Maximizer data model. Companies and Individuals can have one or more Contacts associated with them. If you don't want to use that feature then just enter all of your address book entries as Individuals (without Contacts).

When you block a person, they can no longer invite you to a private message or post to your profile wall. Replies and comments they make will be collapsed/hidden by default. Finally, you'll never receive email notifications about content they create or likes they designate for your content.
