Syncing always worked until I moved to a new pc, same OS/updates/versions so I wasn't expecting any issues.

Upon syncing I get the error "Maxmobile synchronization is locked by another synchronization process. Wait till this one finishes and try again or perform a maxmobile reset".

Of course nothing on their site. No other syncing going one. Using Entrepreneur 10 Sr1.

I think that the database you migrated is aware of the previous synchronisation you had set up and the reset mentioned is where you should be looking as you need it to clear any information in the database about the previous synchronisation client.

I regret I am not going to be much further use to you as in this instance I strongly recommend that you consider upgrading to Maximizer 11/12 as MaxMobile for Blackberry is a completely different application which requires no fiddling around with synchronisation.

MaxMobile 11/12 for Blackberry provides live access to your Maximizer CRM data and is in our opinion a so far superior product that if this functionality is important to you we can only recommend that you move to version 11/12. Please note that an IIS webserver is required to deploy this functionality and may not be adequate on your computer if you only have a single pc.
