Maxmobile Lite

I have recently started using Maxmobile lite 10 on my blackberry bold. Maxmobile will run correctly several times before suddenly deciding that it will no longer start. I can click on the icon all I want but the program will not present the login prompt, it does nothing.

The only way I have found to restore the programs functionally is to turn the phone off, and remove the battery to force a full reset. Maxmobile will then start working again, until it decides to ignore me again.

Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions on how I might resolve this issue.
