Memos on a Palm Pilot

Hello to one and all,
I am wondering if I can limit the memos on a Zire 31 to the Personal Journal entrys in Maximizer 9. It seems to me that there is an awful lot of notes that are downloading from Max 9 in the Memo section of the Palm that I don't need.

Just limit the date range under MaxLink configuration - that should reduce the number of notes.
