Merge problem

Hi all

I am trying to merge using the Maximizer editor. I follow the instructions but when I skip or print the contact remains the one that the arrow was first pointing to. Even when I change to a different selected company the details on the editor do not change.

I tried removing the virus checker to no avail

Any Ideas? Please help

I beleive all the patches are up to date, Im sure its something simple.

Sonny,

You need to have the list of people (or companies) you want to merge to in the address book first.

Run your search to the build the list, then click Edit>>Select All. Then go into the editor and load up your template. Once the template is ready click File>>Merge then choose either e-mail, letter or fax.

When prompted choose to merge to all currently selected address book entries.

The editor will now give you a preview of the first contact in the list and let you choose to print/send or skip.
