message reply not being saved in Maximizer 10

Hi Forum,

I have got a Maximizer email problem on a PC.

When the user replies to an email message inside Maximizer, the reply-message is not saved in Maximixer 10.

It will briefly appeared on the screen , then it will disappear.

The computer is windows XP + outlook 2003

Outlook 2003 does send the reply-message originated from Maximizer and save the message in the sent items.

But the message is not saved to Maximizer.

If I send a new message in Maximizer, the newly-sent-message will be saved in the Maximizer.

Please help.

Hi

I would check the email settings in the user preferences. Maximizer talks to Outlook using MAPI or Extended MAPI in this version it sounds like that is not setup or working.......so you may want to try and fix that.

Hi

I checked. But it is still not working.

there are a limit Maximizer can save messages?

I tested this particular's maximizer's login on another PC, same problem.

As I mentioned earlier, the reply-message will temporarily show up in Maximizer document pane.

If I click on it, It reports an error, then it will vanish
" the selected record could not be found. The record was probably deleted by another user"

Is there a log somewhere I can check?
