Microsoft Runtime C++ error

I have upgraded recently to Entreprenure 10 and when trying to sync with Mobile lite 10 and my blackberry I get the error message:
"The Application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an usual way. Please contact application support for more...." Maximizer then closes.
