Missing company

Hello,

One of the Maximizer users in our office advised me today of the issue that a whole company entry is missing in our database. She was looking for a certain contact (with various parameters; name, telephone, etc.) and it turned out that the entire entry is gone. Now I can't follow if the company was deleted by a user or if the data is missing due to a technical error. The first time someone took notice of this issue was 4-6 weeks ago; to identify a certain date is impossible right now.
Does anyone have an idea what could be a sensible method to find/recover the data?

Do you not have a backup of your contact database that you can use to restore to a temporary database and then copy the missing entry?
