MM 12 emails have extra characters

i have multiple users on my one machine and each user has their own email address and MM data base [using different fields]. on just one of my users when i send email - bulk or individual i have extra characters appear in about 10-12%.
eg "first last name,"<name@ somewhere.ca>
this only happens on one user. you can 'edit' the entry in the list of names in the email screen - but that is very tedious when i have over 600 names in that user. any ideas or suggestions? I've tried deleting the email in the 'registration' page and reentering it but that doesn't work. only deleting the individual from the data base and reinstalling works. I'm using MM Enterprise 12 with windows 7 professional and Office 2010

Hi

This sounds like a user is corrupt. Try going to the administrator and running address book verification or recreating the user.
