What version of Maximizer are you using? With version 9 (non-Enterprise version), the data are stored in a series of individual files with the extension .SAV, .MAX, .DDF. If you find that directory of files, try copying the directory to the new computer. In Maximizer or Administrator, you'll have to File > Open then browse to the location where you pasted the files. If you copy using a CD, make sure you turn off "read only" which is a unwanted by-product of copying from a CD.

If you are using CRM 10, then the data are stored in the SQL database. I just learned that today and don't know much about it yet.
