Moving Maximizer 7.5 Application Server

Hi -Has anyone moved Maximizer 7.5 Apps Server from one server to another. If so, can you tell me how you did it, or if you have any documentation that would be great. I think i know what i'm doing, but i want to make sure I don't make a cock up as it's the first time i've done this.
