Hi,

I need to move the MxData & MxServer shared folders to a different drive on our server, as our C drive is almost full. What do I need to do to accomplish this? The only reference I've found the the C drive is in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Maximizer\MxzDir.cfg, it has:

BTI_PATH=C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Maximizer\AddrBks

Any help most appreciated.

Hi there, the Max Data & Max Server folders are created when you install the Maximizer Server Software, if you need to move the folders to a different drive the only way to be completely sure you get all the settings changed correctly is to remove an re-install the software, giving it the new locations and then relink the address books in the new location as well.

Thanks for the info, I did try on a second test installation, and just moving the directories and changing that entry did seem to work, but I you can never be sure when it may come back to bite you, so I will take your advice and re-install.

Thanks again
