Hello. I was being supported by IslandCRM in BC, Canada, but my contact has seemingly disappeared, and abruptly so. Meanwhile, I cannot use my Maximizer CRM11 at all. I do have 'MaxBackups' and a 'Quick Backup,' but I cannot even create a new database to restore. I could use advice as to who might be able to 'pick up the ball and run with it.'
