Need to reinstall and start over..

We had Maximizer set up a couple of years ago, but was never completed correctly to work for us. I am charged with getting it going and believe that my best option is to uninstall and start over. We have Entrepreneur CRM10 with 5 seats. The Current Seats that were set up for us make no sense to me. There also appears to be 2 security groups. Hoping that starting from scratch is doable and straight forward. Any advice is appreciated
