Network Direct Transport

Hi there,

As the subject says, I am having difficulty making MaxExcange work with the "Network Direct" method of updating.

I have installed the client as remote, connect to network for updates. and shared the c:\Program Files\Maximizer\MaxExchange folder and done the same on the server and set permissions on both to allow everyone read/write.

I configured MaxEx server manager for a distribution for network direct and pointed to the approproate share, added the user to the distribution list etc.

It will allow the user to connect to the network SQL address book but does seem to create a local one, no files are downloaded etc.

Is there a FAQ on how to do this or a good write up somewhere because I find the manual less than Ideal for this situation.
