No option to "Synchronize with MaxMobile" in Maximizer 10.5??

I am a new user of Maximizer and am using 10.5. I am trying to synch my Max contacts with my Blackberry but am getting stuck on this step:

6. In Maximizer, click the Synchronize with MaxMobile button. Alternatively, you can select Synchronize with MaxMobile from the Tools menu.

I cannot find a Synch button or an option for "Synchronize with MaxMobile" under the
Tools menu. Also, I am noticing that the "Synchronize with Outlook" option under the Tools menu is there but greyed out, meaning I can't select it. That will be the next thing I will try to set up so I need to solve that problem too. Perhaps the two issues are related??

Any help would be MUCH appreciated

The absence of the button is possibly related to the installation of MaxMobile on your pc or the permissions that have been granted to your user, also have you installed MaxMobile licence key.

I regret I am not going to be much further use to you as in this instance I strongly recommend that you consider upgrading to Maximizer 11/12 as MaxMobile for Blackberry is a completely different application which requires no fiddling around with synchronisation.

MaxMobile 11/12 for Blackberry provides live access to your Maximizer CRM data and is in our opinion a so far superior product that if this functionality is important to you we can only recommend that you move to version 11/12.

Thanks. I do think it's something to do with installing the license key but can't figure it out. Unfortunately upgrading is not my decision and the company doesn't want to because of something to do with accessing info offline. My only option is to get this sorted out

Would you like to tell us why do you feel the need of Synchronize in your mobile ??
