No VBS Mini-Editor (VB Script) in Forms Designer

Under Maximizer Enterprise 8.0, Forms Designer is not working according to the documentation.

I don't have a "preview" option.

The documentation says to add stuff from the Objects bar while in "Run mode," but the object bar is not available and is gray in the menu bar.

"Click the ellipsis button, which is located on the Events tab next to the EventClick property. The VBS Mini-Editor appears."

For me, nothing happens when I click the ellipsis.

Any ideas why so many functions seem shut down or unavailable?
