Hi,
I'm not familiar with the software, however I have a client that is having issues connecting to Max over the VPN. the firewall is showing nothing out of the ordinary, we have modified all rules in the A/V (that caused an issue about a month ago) and now it seems to have **** the bed again.
Is it possible that this could be an ISP issue, or an issue with the user's firewall on the other end?
