Notes for deleted contacts

Hi,

We're using Max 7 (database is on our server).

We call on a lot of people, and therefore find that we need to delete contacts a fair amount. When these contacts are deleted - in actuality, I move them to another database I've set up so we don't lose the information completely - Maximizer seems to be putting the notes for the contacts into the company folder. This wouldn't be so bad, except it just creates a jumble of notes that give you no idea re: who the contact originally was.

Is there a way to either 1) link the notes with a contact name, even if the contact is no longer in the database, or 2) keep the notes for deleted contacts from being posted to the company folder?
