Hello,

I have been reported a lot of issues with data being lost. For example, appointments disappearing, notes going blank (restarting maximizer somehow fixes the problem) and now someone has reported an issue with hotlists disappearing (third time since last week). I’m not sure why all this is happening and how to resolve this but can someone assist?

I'm also getting alot of error code 19 can this all be associated?

FYI i tried enabling logging from my PC and also a few other users but every time I try changing the module from AMGR to MAMA, it defaults back to AMGR and the AMGR doesn’t give much details as to what the error code 19 is referring to.


I also tried it by the admin preferences and it still defaults back to AMGR. I tried it on two other users also by logging in as an admin and that still didn’t help.

Error code 19 is caused by 2 different issues. The first and simplest is that if you are operating Maximizer with a network data base your network connection may have been briefly lost. The second is actually a slightly mis-reported error and you can also get error 19 as a result of certain types of corruption in your database. In the first instance use the administrator to run validate and recover. However, the type of errors which generate error 19 may not be corrected by this procedure. If you feel that the error is due to a corruption you cannot remove we could look at the problem for you as a chargeable service.
