Hi Dave,
I have come across reported problems with notes many times, and ninety percent of the time it is caused by the combinations of the Show all, and Show history options being ticked in the notes window in different combinations on different machines.
Set the filter option to All, set Show all and set Show history and check to see if the problem is still apparent.
If it is then we can have a look at the Maxexchange system.
