Notes not transferring when combining records

One thing to check:

If these are Contacts, make sure that the notes actually belong to the Contact being combined. If "Show All" is checked in the Notes window, then Maximizer will display all of the notes for a company (notes for the Company itself plus notes for all Contacts).

Try un-checking "Show All" in the Notes window, then select the specific Contact and see if the Notes still appear. If not, then they won't be included when you combine the contact.
