November 10 windows update kills my Maximizer 12

Allan, Which version of Windows is it that you are updating? If for example it is Windows 10 then this would not be supported by Maximizer 12. You would need to install Maximizer 2016 in order for this to work. This would be included in your product upgrade agreement if you have one, or alternatively is available to purchase as an upgrade.

The problem was a bad update from Microsoft. I removed the update and all was good.
