ODBC error in ECB pro 6 lite

When trying to open an example or create a new ECB file it comes up with an ODBC error. Apparently ECB is not finding the correct drivers to run the program. We use win 98SE. Tech support has not been of any help? We tried reinstalling but it doesn't help.

I had this problem, after $40 worth of phone calls and multiple emails, I got this solution which worked for me:

Please copy this command into your Start->Run

regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\Multiactive\ecBuilder Pro 6.0
Lite\Esdboperator.dll"

Then click Open. It should tell you the dllregister succedded, if it fails
the problem could be the path to the Esdboperator.dll file (please try
correcting the path. Then try ecBuilder.
