Hi there,

When setting up Max Exchange to work with Opportunity records you must take an additional step.

Start the Max Exchange Site Manager, go to the 'Teams' area, choose the sales team you are a member of in the left hand column then double click on your record in the right hand column. In the bottom half of the screen where it says 'Assigned Sites' or something similar click Add and then select your Max Exchange Site.

This tells Max Exchange that your user record is associated with that specific Max Exchange Site.

Then start the Max Exchange Server Manager and click Process Packets. When that has finished fire up your Max Exchange Remote and click process packets as well. This will process all the opportunity data you are allowed to see down to your remote database.
