Setting up a new CRM 11 system. I have 2 users flagged with User Role = Sales Representative. They can't see any Opportunities, and when I print the Opportunity Pipeline Report it's blank. I have 2 Opportunities in the test system each one for a client assigned to one of the two Sales Representatives.
When I change their User Role to Sales Manager they can see both Opportunities.
This makes no sense - they should at least be able to see their own opportunities. Why do they need to have a Sales Manager role to see their own (or others') Opportunities?
Their Access Rights for Opportunities are Read/Insert/Modify, and for User Groups = Read.
Any suggestions?
