Hi, when you create an opportunity and receive a phone call from that client, do you
1. Select the contact name then click receive a phone call?
2. Select the opportunity then click receive a phone call?
Both are different, if you choose 1. you can tell who you have talked to. If you choose 2, you have to enter it manually, but you will know it is about a particular opportunity.
I am sure I am not the only one asking myselve this question.
