We are running Maximizer 7.0 under Win XP. We have just started trying to use the Opportunities section. None of the users can see the opportunities created by any other user, except for the Master, which can see them all. It is as if they are being set up as private entries rather than public, but I haven't been able to find any settings area that controls viewing of opportunities.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Thanks, Tim.

Good Afternoon Tim,

As far as opportunities are concerned I would suggest that your first port of call is to make sure that:

a. All your users are in a sales team with other users who will need to see their opportunities.

b. All the opportunities are assigned to the sales team not to 'Single User'.

Single User opportunities will only be visible to the person who created it and the MASTER user.
Just received a call back from Maximizer who:
a) suggested that I should upgrade, and
2) said it was a feature available in the Enterprise version, but he didn't know if that had ever worked in the basic version. He was going to check further and get back to me if there was possibly some add-on software that I could buy?

I will post more as I hear - any further suggestions gratefully accepted...

I don't believe so. To the best of my recollection team-selling has been a feature of Maximizer Enterprise and all Opportunities in Maximizer (non-Enterprise) have been "single-user" Opportunities, meaning that they are visible only to the owner and the MASTER user.
