Outlook 2000 integration tips, tricks & traps

We're planning on moving to full email integration at the end of September between Max 7 and Outlook 2000 (using Pervasive Workgroup, with users running under Terminal Services).

Any tips, tricks, traps or opinions anyone can share will be more than welcome. Even "omigod, don't do that, do this!" will be appreciated! <g>

As per subject line, should have mentioned that focus is on email, not calendaring or To-Do's/reminders, although feedback on thos is also welcome. Who knows, we may change our minds!
