Outlook 2003 Contact Synchronization not active

I installed Maximizer 10 Entrepreneur addition over a preinstalled Outlook 2003. I can not get the Outlook Contact Synchronization to work.
When I go to:
Preferences >
outlook Synchronization

I find that the synchronize outlook contacts IS NOT ACTIVE and can not be changed.

I understand from previous posts that this should work. Can you help me this is a very helpful feature.

Had a similar problem and found that SR1 HotFix 1 solved this. You may want to check what version you are running
