Outlook 2003 Integration

I am using Maximzer 8 and have it set to integrate with outlook I have Perform Maximizer calendar to Microsoft calendar and I also have the other box checked with Perform Microsoft Outlook calendar to Maximizer the problem is when I put a meeting in in Maximizer it does put it in the same spot in Outlook but if I change or delete the appointment it does not delete the appointment any ideas how to fix that as I assume it should also delete it?
