Outlook 2003 sync option greyed out

Hello all.... I think that everything is configured correctly..the option is grey out...it did work at one time.

I am using max 9.0 ent (pervasive) with MS office 2003 on XP. Any suggestions?

Same for me. I am using Maximizer 9.5 eCRM (SQL database) with Outlook 2003.

Mike,

There is a good knowledge base article on how to fix this that should work for you (Max 9.5) but not for me (Max 9.0).

Go to the Maximizer.com knowledge base area and look for the following article.

How-To: Show Maximizer Outlook Toolbar Reference #060926-000057

I tried it, but it didnt work.

If anyone can help me, please let me know. Thanks!
