I want to send out inventory list to a list of customers for which I've set up a user defined field. regular email to individuals is seamless. However, when I send to a list of people, Outlook brings up a message box telling me that "another program is attempting to access Outlook", "Allow" "Disallow" "Cancel". This box comes up for every individual the mail is addressed to. Send to a list of 80 will take 45 minutes of clicking on "allow". How do I tell Outlook it's OK for it to accept these mailings from Maximizer?

If this is occuring you should have the option to allow for 10 minutes which will probably allow you to get past the issue. This issue does not always occur and can depend on the configuration of your Outlook/Exchange system. I am assuming that you are an Entrepreneur user and do not have the option of sending via the Campaign Manager which would completely overcome the problem.
