When closing Outlook I get "Outlook could not be shutdown properly, check with your administrator" it only happens if I try to close Outlook before 8:00 am or after 5:00 pm. Is there a maintenance routine that runs in Maximizer during this time (I couldn't find any reference to one in manuals)? Is it a default thing?

I also can't get Outlook and Maximizer to synchronise the Calanders. I've got all of the prefernces and everything else checked. I'm still trying to figure out if it's on the Outlook side or Maximizer side.

The 'could not shut down Outlook' problem sounds like an Outlook problem, is the problem ANY time between these two times? Do you have it AutoArchiving or is it trying to synchronise with an MS Exchange Server?

Is there a Maintenance routine, Scheduled task or Virus checker running that integrates with Outlook at all? say, scanning email content or backing up files in Outlook or a program that tightly integrates with Outlook, such as Explorer?

The Outlook-Maximizer calender integration, what versions of Maximizer and Outlook do you have?
