Outlook calendar integration

We've just installed Maximizer 7.5 on about 40 users and set up outlook integration on all of them. The "integration" is less than perfect to say the least. With a little patience (and swearing) it does set up appointments in both calendars. The only problem is, it does not sync old appointments unless you go into each one seperately and save it. Does anyone know if there is any way to force a one time sync between the Maximizer and Outlook calendars?

There is no other way to sync old appointments. The integration feature is not nearly that sophisticated.
