Outlook diary not syncing but e mails do

Any ideas on how I can get the my outlook diary to sync with Maximizer 11 Entrepreneur. The e mail is connected but the calendar isn't and the manual syncing button is greyed out. Have set the correct settings in preferences but no joy. My outlook version is 2003.
Thanks for any help anyone can give. Richard

You need to configure the outlook calendar synchronisation in your preferences.

On the set-up tab choose preferences, outlook synchronisation, and then configure various setting that appear. For more information press F1 when you are on the outlook synchronisation preferences screen. When you have done this the outlook synch button will become enabled.
