Outlook Express Email Rules

Hi

I am having a problem with sorting emails according to the email rules I made in outlook.

I currently have three different email addresses and for every email that comes in, depending on the address that it is sent to, outlook (according to my rules) moves the email to one of three folders (one for each email account).
eg Emails for shaun@hotmail are moved to folder "shaun"
Emails for info@hotmail moved to folder "info"
Emails for accounts@hotmail moved to folder "accounts"

My problem is that Maximizer only follows these same rules of sorting the incoming emails when outlook is open in the background. Is there anyway for Maximzer to adhere to the rules that I made in Outlook when only Maximizer is open (and outlook is closed)
